Files getting ready to go!
Hey All! We're going over the files for a final time and then we'll be submitting these to our factory for pre-production. We're very excited to get this moving, and we really hope to have these in hand by the time convention season is in full swing. Designer Matthias Bonnici will be at a few conventions in the coming months showing off the game as well. You be able to recognize him as the guy with the Zero Day War shirt. it's a dead give-away.
Some other cool projects
We always love shouting out projects of people we know are producing great work, so check out these fun projects too!
Against the Gloom In Against the Gloom, players take on the roles of punk pirate troubadours sailing across a vast and dangerous void—the Gloom—aboard a ramshackle ship propelled by the power of song. Use your character's sonic powers to push back the Gloom as it seeks to obliterate any pockets of community that dare to resist it. Build your story one gig at a time. We LOVE the team at Scryptid Games, so go show them some love.
Steamboat Willie The Public Domain is a wonderful place, and our good friends at Wannabe Games are setting sail. Steamboat Willie is a solo tabletop roleplaying game about creating a world from a blank canvas. It's also about the connection between art and capitalism.
You play as The Artist creating Mickey Mouse (see below) and storyboarding his adventures. It's every cartoonist’s dream… to actually make a living from your art! This dream comes with a catch: marketing is constantly asking you to make changes. If you refuse to bow to their demands, your art might fade into obscurity. Or you might have to ignore your own conscience to keep your steamboat afloat.
Sentai and Sensibility Like colliding hearts, Sentai & Sensibility brings together the childlike abandon of Sunday morning tokusatsu with the profound joy of regency romance novels. Basically, what if Jane Austen wrote Power Rangers? It's Bridgerton meets Kaiju!! Bug, the designer is AWESOME, and the rest of the 9th Level Games crew are just as great. Check it out!
Cyber Hack #4 This zine features 11 puzzles/brainteasers designed around various principles of text encryption. These brainteasers range from simple logic-based puzzles to established text encryption/ hiding, and can be used in any futuristic TTRPG where you need to throw some thematic puzzles at your players! (Just an FYI, and because of Wet Ink Games' stance on the matter: this zine uses AI art assets, so while it is a super cool idea, this may be a deterrent to many)
