Latest Updates from Our Project:

Our Next Game is LIVE!!!
28 days ago – Wed, Nov 13, 2024 at 12:58:52 PM

Hey everyone! You all were the first group of supporters to believe in Wet Ink Games' ability to make and deliver our first board game. We truly appreciate you taking a chance on us to make Zero Day War and hope that you are enjoying it as much as we are. The game and the expansion are up on Board Game Geek, and the designer Matthias is active there answer any questions you all may have. We will eventually compile an FAQ document for player and have it up there for reference, and we'll make sure to point you all there too.

Our next game is HERD: The Dinosaur Survival Card Game.

HERD: The Dinosaur Survival Card Game

Many of you already know about and have supported our card game HERD, but we wanted to share it with you here. In HERD, you take the role of a herd of dinosaurs trying to protect your herd from voracious Predators. You and the other players must use Prey cards to protect yourselves from creatures stalking the Hunting Grounds looking for an easy catch. These cards increase your herd's innate Defense, and offer special abilities which hinder or thwart the attacks of those looking to harm you.

The project is over 60% funded in just the first day! If you're into quick, easy to learn card games with strategic depth and replayability, or if you just always wanted an excuse to talk to your gaming group about your favorite dinosaurs, consider supporting the project today! Spread the word and protect the Herd!

SHIPPING HAS STARTED!!!

We're so excited to announce that shipping has begun with some packages being delivered as early as this Saturday or early next week! We can't wait to get this game in your hands and have you all dive in. We want to point out that there is a BoardGameGeek page for Zero Day War, and we're working on building one for the expansion too. If you have questions that come up, please feel free to reach out to us here, or the BGG page and we'll collect them for any FAQ needed.

We celebrated by playing at our local brew pub. Alas, I was soundly defeated on the last resolution phase.

HERD Coming Soon!

Although Zero Day War is getting fulfilled, we're still not slowing down here at Wet Ink Games. We're in the process of fulfilling our latest Never Going Home project, and getting Garbage & Glory to the printer, all while planning our next card game project. Click below to be notified when it goes live!

HERD: The Dinosaur Survival Card Game

In HERD, you take on the role of a herd of dinosaurs such as Stegosaurus or Triceratops and defend yourself against waves a predators! Each round, your herd will be threatened by the likes of Tyrannosaurus and Dilophosaurus. Use your Prey cards (sorry Pachycephalosaurus) to distract them and your Herd ability to out-fight them. As the clock counts down, will your Herd survive long enough to be remembered?

Almost there! Getting in fulfillment queue.

Hey everyone! We appreciate your patience with us at the moment. We have been working closely with our fulfillment partner to get this in queue for fulfillment. They now have all the items since the product recently got out of customs.

You may have seen an email or message from BackerKit alerting you all to the locking of addresses. They'll be locked in 48 hours, so if you've had a recent address change, please be sure to go in and change it.

We're really hoping to have this knocked out in September, and we'll be doing our absolute best to do so. Wrapping up our three projects (Never Going Home, Zero Day War, and Garbage & Glory) are at the top of our priority list especially since we have a ton of other awesome things in the production queue which we want to bring to you. There's a sneak peek below, and more information to come...

Ship is Here. Container in Customs
4 months ago – Mon, Aug 12, 2024 at 01:18:35 PM

Hey everyone! We had a great time at GenCon last weekend. It was awesome getting to meet so many of you face to face and talk games (ours or otherwise). We always love talking to our supporters, so if you ever find yourself at a convention where Wet Ink Games is exhibiting, please stop by and say hi!

While we were at GenCon, we got the great news that the ship made it to port safely, even when I thought it might be delayed due to inclimate weather in the Atlantic. The not so good news is our container was flagged for Customs Inspection. That's not to say there is anything wrong, and we confirmed with our logistics partner that this is standard procedure. If you ship things often enough, eventually one of your things is going to get flagged. Once cleared, this will go over to our warehouse and we'll be in queue for fulfillment.

We're so excited this is one step closer to you, and we'll keep you in the loop as this goes forward.
